On my job, I assist with development, operation, maintenance, and
evaluation of the Library's use of technology resources with an
emphasis on application and operating system software. This includes
configuring, installing, and servicing computer, peripheral, and
network equipment and overall maintenance of the Library's technology
infrastructure and provide support and instruction to library staff.
On an average day, I:
Check security logs to ensure network security and integrity
Help troubleshoot all branch technology concerns and issues
Attend meetings
